Users are solely responsible for exercising caution and verifying items before completing any transaction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YardSailor LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against YardSailor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
You must be at least 18 years old to use YardSailor. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
YardSailor may experience downtime or errors. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access and are not liable for interruptions.
